For UPS and battery service companies

The service report,
written on site.

Plug in the tester, take the photos, tap Generate. Ohmee builds the report in your own Word template before the truck leaves the parking lot, and shows a battery trend nobody else has.

No card. No Word needed on the tablet. Every report lands in your own Dropbox.

How it works

Four taps between the cabinet and the report

The order of a real visit, on a phone or tablet, with or without signal.

01

Scan the label

A QR sticker on the UPS opens the visit pre-filled from its history: site, unit, last readings, last checklist.

02

Read the tester

The IBEX-Pro plugs straight into the tablet. Every jar's impedance and voltage lands in the visit, flagged against your reference.

Photos and notes

Point the camera at the display; the readings are read for you. The service notes are drafted from the numbers, never from thin air.

Generate, preview, done

Your Word template, filled and charted. Preview it as Word lays it out, mark the visit finished, and it is in the office's Dropbox.

The battery outlook

Tell the customer when, not just what

Every past test of the batteries in the cabinet today goes on one line. Ohmee fits it, carries it to the replace line, and prints the date in the report.

  • check_circleOnly today's batteries count. A replaced set starts a fresh line; old sets never pull it.
  • check_circleThe same rule as the office: warning at 1.25 × reference, replace at 1.5 ×.
  • check_circleOrdinary least squares, printed with its fit, so anyone with the readings and a calculator gets the same date. b = Σ(t − mean t)(z − mean z) ÷ Σ(t − mean t)²
  • check_circleFewer than two tests, or a set that is not climbing, gets a plain sentence instead of a guess.

Your template, not ours

The report is your Word document, filled in. Same header, same tables, same charts your customers have seen for years. We set it up for you on the onboarding call.

wifi_off

Works in the basement

Units, history, work orders and the report itself live on the tablet. Signal is only needed to sync and to send.

lock_open

Nothing locked in

Every report lands as a Word file in your own Dropbox or OneDrive. Export everything, any time. If you ever leave, you leave with all of it.

Proof

Built by technicians, on real visits, not by a software company guessing what a PM looks like.Ohmee started as the tool a Utah UPS service company built for its own techs. It has run on every one of their visits since September 2026, on sites from universities and hospitals to state facilities.

Pricing

One plan. Priced like the day it saves.

A technician spends an hour on every report between the site and the office. Ohmee gives that back.

Per technician
$79per technician, per month

or $790 a year. $199 a month minimum per company.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers

Our reports look nothing like yours.
Good. Send us one. Setting up your template is a day of work on our side and it is part of onboarding.
Our techs are not computer people.
They scan a sticker and tap Generate. The field guide is written for them, and the app refuses to build a report with a bad reading in it.
Who can see our customer data?
You. Ohmee is its own company; nobody at any service company has access to your data, it says so in the agreement, and every report is a Word file in your own Dropbox.
What if Ohmee disappears?
Same answer. The files were always yours, and you can export everything with one button.
We use a different tester.
Today it is the IBEX-Pro. The next tester we add is the one the first customers ask for, so ask.
Do the tablets need Word?
No. The preview is rendered by Word on our side and shown on the tablet. Any Android phone or tablet from 2018 on works.
